Garden Goodness

We have chickens now and here is a picture for all to enjoy. In April we are going to have eggs to eat.

Also, I think this is going to be our best hops year yet. Todd thinks we might get close to a pound!

Museum

This week the museum has been closed and I have been there doing special projects that need to be done. Today I will be on campus as the museum representative for the Job Fair. I am so excited that I get to where a little professional outfit!

Down to Business

Researching about setting up a small business is oh not so interesting but here's what I have learned so far:

• Take some classes: Small business Management, Web Design, Book Keeping
• Decide whether I want the business in my name or under a Fictitious Name
• Obtaining a Resale License will allow me to buy wholesale (woohoo!)
• Home Occupation Permit = No city business taxes
• Learn Quickbooks

Trying to Keep in Touch

Hi Friends and Family,

I am going to start this little blog so we can keep in touch more often. Living 800 miles away can really bring a girl down but I am trying to stay up so here it goes.

You will be able to read about what's been going on with me and I will post pictures I take along the way.
